Do you store the files I upload?
Absolutely not. We operate on a strict volatile-memory protocol. The moment our AI engine extracts the threat verdict, your file is permanently wiped from our servers using OS-level deletion commands.
What is the maximum file size for scanning?
Currently, our system supports files up to 50MB. This limit ensures that our servers do not get overloaded and can process deep autopsies on PDFs and APKs smoothly.
How do I get an API key?
You can generate a secure API key by creating an account, selecting a Developer Plan (Startup or Enterprise), and navigating to your B2B Dashboard. Your key will start with sk_live_.
Can I cancel my Pro Shield subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. Your credits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
