Do you store the files I upload? +
Absolutely not. We operate on a strict volatile-memory protocol. The exact millisecond our AI engine extracts the threat verdict, your file is permanently wiped from our servers using OS-level deletion commands. We keep zero copies — ever.
What is the maximum file size for scanning? +
Our system currently supports files up to 50MB. This limit ensures our servers can execute deep forensic autopsies on PDFs and APKs without degrading throughput for other users on the platform.
How do I get an API key? +
Create an account, select a Developer Plan (Startup or Enterprise), and navigate to your B2B Dashboard. Your key will be generated instantly and prefixed with sk_live_. Never expose it in frontend JavaScript or public repositories.
Can I cancel my Pro Shield subscription? +
Yes — cancel any time from your dashboard settings. Your credits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months due to the computational cost of AI processing.
What happens if a threat bypasses your engine? +
No engine guarantees 100% detection — including ours. A SAFE verdict is a high-confidence signal, not an absolute guarantee. We continuously update our models against zero-day vectors and cross-reference with global threat intelligence databases to minimize this risk.
